Sobre a vaga
Bring your passion for artificial intelligence to a role where you’ll build and implement AI agents that address real business challenges. You’ll work with Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and advanced integrations, partnering with cross-functional teams and clients to develop scalable solutions with meaningful impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and deploy AI agents using specialized platforms and tools.
- Integrate AI agents with external systems, including APIs, databases, CRMs, and other business applications.
- Improve agent performance through prompt tuning, configuration, and ongoing monitoring.
- Gather technical and business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Lead demonstrations and proofs of concept to present solutions and gather feedback.
- Plan and track projects to support delivery within established timelines.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Machine Learning teams.
- Support clients adopting AI solutions by advising on architecture, security, and scalability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience in software development, AI/Machine Learning engineering, or technical consulting.
- Strong knowledge of Python and Golang.
- Experience integrating systems through APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD and containerization.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Analytical mindset and a problem-solving approach.
- Advanced spoken English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI.
- Knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Familiarity with frameworks for building AI agents.
- Experience with function calling and intelligent agent orchestration.
- Involvement in digital transformation and AI-powered automation projects.
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional environments.
